Answer ten questions and this tool ranks providers against what actually constrains you rather than against an advertised entry price. It runs entirely in your browser, sends nothing anywhere, and shows its scoring. Where we hold no captured price for a provider, it says so instead of guessing.

How this scores, in full
Nothing here is a black box, so here is the whole rubric.
- Coverage first. If you answered that you have insurance, the tool leads with that route regardless of everything else, because a covered brand commonly costs less than any self-pay option.
- Price predictability weights providers whose rate we captured as flat across doses. Only one telehealth provider in our dataset has captured flat pricing.
- Pharmacy disclosure weights providers that name their fulfilling pharmacy. Two competitors do; the provider we feature does not.
- Term matches your prepay answer to published plan structures.
- Budget filters on the twelve-month cost at a maintenance dose, not the entry price.
What it will not do
It will not invent a figure. Where we hold no captured price for a provider, the result says so rather than ranking it on a number we took from somewhere else. We withdrew eleven such figures in July after finding they did not survive checking — see the corrections log.
It will not tell you a provider is safe. It ranks disclosure and price structure, which is what we can evidence. Nothing here is medical advice or a recommendation to start treatment.
It sends nothing anywhere. Every answer stays in your browser and nothing is stored.
| Step | What the label says | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Starting dosage | 2.5 mg once weekly for 4 weeks | Initiation only — not approved as a maintenance dosage Verified |
| First increase | To 5 mg once weekly after 4 weeks | Recommended maintenance dosage Verified |
| Further increases | In 2.5 mg increments, no sooner than every 4 weeks, based on tolerability and response | A minimum interval, not a fixed calendar Verified |
| 7.5 mg and 12.5 mg | Available strengths used during titration | Titration steps, not recommended maintenance dosages Verified |
| 10 mg | Once weekly | Recommended maintenance dosage Verified |
| 15 mg | Once weekly | Recommended maintenance dosage and the maximum Verified |
| Above 15 mg | No approved dosage exists | Verified Verified |
| Program type | What it covers | Comparable with |
|---|---|---|
| Starter program | Introductory period, often lower doses | Other starter programs only |
| Ongoing program | Standard continuing supply | Other ongoing programs only |
| Maintenance program | Post-titration supply, often a fixed dose | Other maintenance programs only |
| Prepaid term | Several months paid upfront | Monthly plans only after conversion |
| Month-to-month | Cancellable each cycle | Other month-to-month plans only |
| Microdose program | Sub-therapeutic dosing outside trial evidence | Other microdose programs only |
Questions readers actually ask
How does this provider match work?
Ten questions, scored in your browser against captured pricing, published plan structure and disclosure status. The full rubric is published on the page.
Does it recommend the cheapest provider?
No. It ranks on the twelve-month cost at a maintenance dose rather than the advertised entry price, and it leads with insurance where you have it.
Is my data stored?
No. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is sent or stored.
What if you have no price for a provider?
The result says so. We do not rank providers on figures we have not captured ourselves.

When quoting a figure, include the capture date shown beside it rather than the date you read this page. A price without its capture date is not a usable citation.
